REFUND POLICY

 RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at Skn Plus, we hope you love your products! However, should you change your mind about your order you can request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards, we cannot issue a refund if the goods have opened and used.

To start a return please contact us as info@sknplus.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
