  • Do not pluck/tweeze/wax for 2 weeks before your appointment

  • Try to keep the skin healthy, moisturised and supple in the week leading up to your appointment

FOR EYELINER TATTOO:

  • Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment

  • You must remove any lash extensions before your appointment, and cannot reapply them until your both parts of your treatment are complete and the liner is fully healed

  • Avoid the use of any lash growth serums for 1 month before your appointment (they can increase blood flow to the area and affect retention)

  • Do not perm or tint lashes for 2 weeks before your appointment

  • Do not wear mascara to your appointment

  • As swelling may occur, we advise that you arrange for someone to drive you home

FOR LIP TATTOO:

  • If you have ever had a cold sore (even once when you were a chid) it is imperative you must get a prescription for anti-cold sore meds before your appointment. You will need to take these 1 week before and 1 week after your treatment to prevent an outbreak

  • Permanent Makeup does not cause cold sores but if the virus is laying dormant in the body the treatment might stimulate an outbreak

  • We cannot treat lips that are overly chapped or dry so please keep your lips healthy, supple and moisturised in the run up to your appointment

AREOLA RECONSTRUCTION:

  • We advise bringing a cardigan or zip-up hoodie so that you can keep your arms covered in case you get cold during your treatment

Permanent Makeup is an investment, and following these simple tips will help make your appointment a success and ensure the best possible results for you.
